T. Geronimo Johnson coming to ATL!

Johnson, whose novel Welcome to Braggsville was a national best seller and longlisted for the 2015 National Book Award, will be reading at GSU’s Perimeter Dunwoody campus on April 28th at 11:30 and giving the keynote address at the Townsend Prize for Fiction ceremony that night! The Townsend Prize is given by TCR in conjunction with the Georgia Center for the Book. Don’t miss the chance to meet Johnson and hear why his novel is, according to the New York Times, “organic, plucky, smart,” and “the funniest sendup of identity politics, the academy and white racial anxiety to hit the scene in years.” Are you a student? More details will be posted about the reading on Dunwoody in the coming weeks. All other book lovers? Register for the Townsend today or read more about the ten finalists.
